Sign real estate closing documents, adoption paperwork, multi-party easements, homeowner association amendments, and essential documents such as wills, healthcare directives, and powers of attorney at your location of choice for less than the cost of walk-in notary service. Notarize up to five (5) signatures for $65 and up to ten (10) for $95. Need more signatures notarized? Call us for a personalized quote.

It's tricky notarizing documents in care settings. Essential documents such as wills, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and trusts must be signed in the presence of legal witnesses and a notary before one is incapacitated or unable to understand the documents' contents. The witnesses and notary should not be employees of the care facility or family members of the signer. Improperly witnessed and notarized documents are invalid. We charge $65 (up to 5 signatures) for notary service.

Not every notary qualifies to close real estate transactions. You will end up having to pay extra and unnecessary expenses if your paperwork has to be redrawn. We are trained, certified, and carry the proper liability insurance to properly protect our customers. Real estate closings are $150, including pickup and delivery from local escrows or documents printed from email.
We offer after-hours and Sunday service.
It only costs an extra $25 (over and above our normal mobile notary fee) to have a notary at your door between the hours of 5:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Sunday Emergency, after-hours notary service costs $90. Need your document faxed or emailed right away? Just add $5.00
