All State Apostille Service

Some documents require federal apostilles or authentication. FBI background clearances and consular reports of marriages, births, deaths, and divorces abroad are the most commonly requested documents for apostille on a state department level. Documents signed by federal level officials also require federal apostilles. These include documents signed by an American Consular Officer, Military Notary, or Foreign Consul/Diplomatic Officials.

We are experts when it comes to knowing what to do if you are authenticating multiple documents for international job relocation, marriage, or a move to a foreign country. Typically some of these documents will need federal authentication. We will accept your documents as a project and offer package discounts for processing all your documents.

These documents usually take about two weeks despite all efforts to speed things up. We can properly prepare your documents to meet the guidelines of the Federal Apostille Program through the Department of State in Washington D.C.  We charge $225 for State Department Apostilles, including shipping.
